Return Policy
Joyful Craft Creations has a discretionary return policy, meaning each return must be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation and are not guaranteed. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with an unopened straw, in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order. All returns should be mailed back to: JOYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS, 156 WASHINGTON STREET, LIMERICK ME 04048 USA.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage or issues with a tumbler must be addressed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom tumblers with names, logos, or specific images are not eligible for return unless expressly the fault of JOYFUL CRAFT CREATIONS where a name has mistakenly been misspelled.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for 10-12 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at JoyfulCraftCreations@gmail.com
